Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Runway Technologies LLC (“we”) collects, uses, and protects your information across our mobile apps. Our apps share the same architecture, so this single policy applies to all of them; where an individual app collects anything additional, it is noted below.
Information we collect
- Account. If you create an account, your email address (for sign-in and to sync your data).
- Content you create. The data you enter in the app (for example, logged entries). It is stored on your device, and—if you sign in—backed up to your private, per-user cloud storage.
- Usage analytics. First-party, in-app events (screens viewed, actions taken), a per-install device identifier, a session identifier, your user id when signed in, app version, and OS version.
How we use your information
To provide the app’s features, sync your data across your devices, fix bugs, and understand which features are used so we can improve the app. That’s it.
We do not track or sell your data
Our analytics are first-party only: events go to our own servers and are used solely to operate and improve our apps. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, we do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
AI features
Some apps offer optional AI features. When you use them, the relevant content you choose to analyze is sent to a trusted third-party AI provider solely to generate that feature’s output, and is not used for advertising. Apps without AI features do not send your content to any third party.
Payments
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We never receive or store your payment-card details; we receive only the subscription status needed to unlock paid features.
Storage & security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with row-level security, so your records are isolated to your account. Anonymous (signed-out) use keeps your data on your device only.
Your rights
You can request access to, or deletion of, your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your synced data from our servers.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our apps evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
